A comprehensive leadership program tailored to cultivate growth and support for students, teachers, and administrators. Our program focuses on enhancing self-awareness and relational intelligence, empowering all participants to contribute to the creation of a healthy and flourishing culture within their school community.

Students

  • ASPiRE, the leadership development program created around GiANT leadership tools, is designed specifically for students to help equip them for success in school and beyond.

  • The ASPiRE platform provides videos, activities, and assessments for students as they journey the path of higher self-awareness and leadership development. Lesson plans allow for easy implementation and delivery in the classroom. In addition to the online learning platform, ASPiRE offers a variety of downloadable materials to support the students’ learning experience.

  • Parents and guardians will gain an understanding of ASPiRE and how it is integrated into the school's curriculum. The goal is for the learning that takes place in the classroom to extend into students’ homes. We share this information with families, hoping they find the common language and tools helpful as they navigate their relationships and communication with their teenagers.

Teachers

  • Our eight-hour training provides faculty and staff with in-person leadership training, an overview of ASPiRE, and a foundation for the year-long leadership development program. The training allows members to connect, build a common language to promote a healthy culture, learn specific tools to develop leadership skills and examine their impact and influence on the high school community. Team members will receive access to GiANT OS leadership online resources and printed materials.

  • Elevate facilitates faculty and staff training to introduce fundamental leadership tools that help promote and foster a healthy culture. The training provides a common language and a foundation for relationship development within the school community. These trainings are on-going during the school year.

  • One staff member will be trained to be the ASPiRE “expert” on your campus. They will be equipped to train teachers in the future and conduct parent meetings to tighten the connection between home and school. This person will be critical to a sustainable, effective program within your school community.

  • GiANT OS Pro is an all-in-one subscription that gives you access to all of the GiANT leadership resources. This includes assessments, online courses, leadership tools, and more. You can use it as an individual, but its true power is revealed when using it with your team or school.

Administrators

  • Our coaching sessions, conducted in person or via Zoom, include instruction on GiANT leadership tools, reflection on professional goals, assessments of school climate, and strategies to build relationships and foster a healthy environment. Our goal is to help you become a leader worth following. The sessions will provide insights and plans to grow as a leader and create a healthy culture for school faculty and staff, students, and parents. Clients will receive access to GiANT OS leadership online resources and downloadable materials.
