Lesley Doan
Lesley, a Certified Leadership Coach/Consultant at GiANT Worldwide and the Founder of Vivid Coaching and Consulting, draws from a background in education, as a teacher and administrator, and later served as an Executive Director at a nonprofit. In 2017, her introduction to GiANT sparked a transformation in her self-awareness and communication skills, leading her to become a licensed coach in 2019.
Lesley specializes in improving self-awareness and communication for individuals, teams, and organizations, with a strong focus on enhancing relationships, alignment, execution, and capacity for superior team performance.
